If you make an advance payment and later decide not to continue with sessions, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is communicated within the appropriate timeframe.

• Cash and bKash refunds are processed promptly.
• Online payment refunds may take 5 to 7 working days.

If you are dissatisfied with a session, you may submit a formal complaint to request a refund for that session. After a thorough review and at the clinician’s discretion, a decision will be made. To file a complaint, please email us at: contact@theaqidah.com.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges and allow us to accommodate other clients.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged 50% of the session fee.

If you fail to notify us and miss the appointment, you may be charged the full session fee.
